M R K Development Pty Ltd templates are copyrighted and are not licensed under the GNU general public license. Once a template has been purchased and it has been moved to your Business Catalyst partner portal, you may use Business Catalyst's replication feature to replicate this template for one or more client projects. You are not allowed to redistribute M R K Development Pty Ltd templates in any way. You may not redistribute this template via your Online Business Builder (OBB).
The Photoshop, Fireworks and other graphic design files for M R K Development Pty Ltd Templates come packaged separately are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under M R K Development Pty Ltd. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
It is our duty to always keep the templates up-to-date and working with the latest version of Business Catalyst. But, when Adobe releases new versions of Business Catalyst, we give no guarantee that older templates will run without problems. We are committed to the best of our ability to make all of our templates compatible with future features and releases. If features updates are made to templates, post-purchase, you may need to purchase a new version of the template in order to take advantage of the added functionality.
Our templates support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer. While we strive to provide the best and most consistent experience across all browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards and support related to HTML and CSS. You are responsible for reviewing the templates via our preview link on each template product page and test browser compliance.
After we have successfully received your payment, your template will be made available to you within 24 hours of purchase. It will be housed, at that time, under the M R K Development Pty Ltd partner portal. At that time if you have purchased a member transfer we will coordinate the move of your purchased template to your partner portal. Typically, it takes up to 5 working days for Business Catalyst to move the template to your partner portal, however we cannot guarentee any time frame on their behalf. You will receive an email with account information after your purchase. If an email is not received, contact us through our website.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of M R K Development Pty Ltd. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All content, including imagery, published on M R K Development Pty Ltd, including site content published onsite is property of M R K Development Pty Ltd and is under copyright. Content or template designs shall not be used or exploited for any reason.
Since M R K Development Pty Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after multiple or individual purchases are made. You are responsible for understanding this upon registration and before any purchase is made.
M R K Development Pty Ltd offers these templates and designs “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components or plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, or administration of Business Catalyst.
M R K Development Pty Ltd does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function across all web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates. Please ensure that the browsers you will work with the templates, as we cannot guarantee they will work with all browser combinations.
M R K Development Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently remove a template with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change at anytime without notice.
You are not permitted to link directly to any image or template offered by M R K Development Pty Ltd. You agree not to download or use images hosted on the M R K Development Pty Ltd website, for any purpose, including, without limitation, posting such images on another website.
You agree not to link from any other website to our templates in any manner such that our templates, are “framed,” surrounded or obfuscated by any third party content, materials, or branding.
M R K Development Pty Ltd, at its sole discretion, may choose to revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at anytime without notice to you. Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted on site by M R K Development Pty Ltd. Your continued use of the templates and/or the services made available on or through templates after any changes to the terms and conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
